SUMMARY

The Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency seeks proposals from qualified organizations, firms, nonprofit entities, cultural operators, or operator teams to manage, program, activate, and operate the McCollum Hall Music & Performing Arts Center as a community-centered, historically respectful, financially sustainable, and year-round cultural destination located in Fort Myers, Florida. The selected operator shall be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive operating model that restores McCollum Hall as a destination for live music, performing arts, cultural programming, community events, education, heritage tourism, local artist development, and public access.
