SUMMARY

Sealed bids for the City of Effingham, Evergreen Avenue Reconstruction Project - Sherwood Park to Oceola Street will be received until 11:00 a.m. September 29, 2026. The project consists of pavement reconstruction along Evergreen Avenue beginning approximately 150 feet west of Sherwood Park intersection to approximately 200 feet east of Oceola Street intersection, covering approximately 1,175 feet.
