SUMMARY

The City of Eagle Lake, Florida, is soliciting bids for a shingle roof replacement project at the Linda Weldon Activity Center located at 685 Eagle Ave E (Parcel #: 26-29-07-682500-000070). The scope of work includes removing the existing shingle system to the decking, repairing damaged decking (including up to 2 sheets of plywood and 32 LF of tongue-and-groove beadboard), installing peel-and-stick underlayment, new eave drip, and architectural field shingles with a minimum 160 mph wind resistance. Additional requirements include replacing attic ventilation, pipe stack flashings, exhaust vents, and 56 feet of 7-inch K-Style gutters with new downspouts, as well as installing a permanent roof anchor.
