SUMMARY

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting proposals for a turnkey roofing solution for the old Juvenile Justice Courthouse located at 533 East 11th Street, Panama City, FL. The project requires a licensed commercial roofing contractor to provide all labor, materials, engineering, design, and construction services to restore the roof system and provide a watertight building envelope based on the Nova Roof Moisture Intrusion Assessment Report. A minimum ten-year watertight roof warranty is required. A mandatory pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for August 12, 2026, at 10:00 am.
