SUMMARY
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting bids for the resurfacing of approximately 2.818 miles of CR 2321, extending from the Deer Point Lake Bridge to SR 75 (US 231). The project, identified as 26-48 Phase 1 (SCOP), includes the addition of two new turn lanes. Major work components consist of earthwork operations, sheet pile installation, adjustments to existing headwalls, installation of guardrail, milling, paving (asphalt overlay), placement of pavement markings and signage, installation of cross drain pipes, and stabilization of all disturbed areas.
