From the meeting
At its October 22, 2026 meeting, ConnectALL amended and expanded Affordable Housing Connectivity Program grants for CBN AHCP Ithaca, LLC and CBN AHCP Buffalo, LLC. The projects will build hybrid fiber-fixed wireless broadband to hundreds of affordable housing buildings, and the deployment must be substantially complete by June 30, 2027. The notable buying signal is the selected ISP role, the expanded fiber scope, and the implementation work already underway.
