Levittown UFSD Extends DREAM BUS Transportation Contract

Annual transportation contract extension prepared on NYSED Form TCE under Section 305(14) and 156.5, following a competitively bid award dated 11/05/2025. Prices in the extension may not exceed the prior year’s contractual amount by more than the regional CPI increase; any amounts above CPI require a Cost Justification Form for qualifying expenses. Future annual extensions may be possible if again approved by the Superintendent and filed with NYSED.
