Council to boost Integral Care homeless health contract

Austin City Council is considering an amendment to its interlocal agreement with Austin Travis County Mental Health Mental Retardation Center d/b/a Integral Care to add $497,299 in one-time funding for the Homeless Health and Wellness Center program, raising the total contract amount to $2,388,026. The additional funds will sustain intensive case management, housing assistance, and multidisciplinary behavioral health services for high-needs clients referred by Austin Community Court and HOST.
