SUMMARY
The Town of Greenwich Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Conservation Commission, is seeking bids for its' Canada Geese Site Aversion Program. The program involves using Border Collies and kayaks to haze geese from land and water. The intention is to establish a Service Contract with one or more Contractors to provide these services upon request. Each project performed under this contract shall not exceed $35,000. The contract has an anticipated initial term of one year (August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027) with four optional years.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Bid/Proposal number must appear on all bids and related correspondence. Company name and address must conform on all documents including insurance documents. A post office box address is not acceptable. Bids/Proposals are not accepted by fax or e-mail. The Town will consider an alternate bid only if Bidders have been permitted to provide an alternate bid. An alternate bid must be clearly identified as such in order to be considered by the Town. Stated prices are to be FOB destination inside delivery, unless otherwise specified herein. Terms and Conditions indicated on reverse.
