SUMMARY

Summit County Government is soliciting proposals for the removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, entry stairs, and landings at the Summit County Justice Center (501 North Park Ave., Breckenridge, CO). The project scope includes 4500 psi concrete work, asphalt patching (Grade SX, PG58-28), brick veneer repair, and parking lot striping. Contractors are responsible for mobilization, traffic control, subgrade compaction, and disposal of spoils. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Summit County Commons. Proposals must be emailed to Wayne Byrne and Kim Weiers by March 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM MST/MDT. The project is slated for the 2026 summer season (May-September).
