SUMMARY

Shawnee County is soliciting bids for the 2026 purchase and delivery of 6,000 to 9,000 gallons of high-durability, high-yield pavement marking paint under Quotation Number 071-25. The paint must be water-borne and suitable for retroreflective markings on portland cement concrete or hot-mix asphalt, meeting Federal Specification TT-P-1952F Type III and KDOT Section 2215 standards. Deliveries are required in 250-gallon totes, with individual orders placed in full (12 totes) or half (6 totes) truckloads consisting of white and/or yellow paint.
