SUMMARY

Pensacola State College is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive Third-Party Administration (TPA) services for property, casualty, workers’ compensation, and related claims on behalf of the Florida College System Risk Management Consortium (FCSRMC) and its participating member colleges. The selected TPA will manage day-to-day claims administration, including claims intake, investigation, compensability and coverage evaluation, reserve management, claims payments, medical management, litigation management, subrogation, recovery, regulatory compliance, and reporting across multiple Florida public colleges. The contract term is for five years with an option to renew for an additional five years, starting March 1, 2027, and requires the administration of all open claims, including those currently handled by Davies and Gallagher Bassett. Proposals are due by October 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST, with questions due by September 22, 2026.
