SUMMARY
Oneida County Department of Family and Community Services is seeking proposals from independent contractors to provide food service for the Oneida County Senior Nutrition Program under the Older Americans Act of 1967, New York State, and Oneida County Standards. The awarded proposer will provide and deliver between 700 and 1,100 meals per day, including hot meals, cold beverages, and diet-modified meals to individual homes and multiple dining sites across Oneida County, New York. The initial contract term is one year, with potential renewals up to a total of five years, starting on or about January 1, 2027. Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, October 9, 2026, at the offices of the Oneida County Department of Family and Community Services, Contract Administration 4th Floor, 800 Park Avenue, Utica, NY 13501.
