SUMMARY
Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) is seeking four (4) qualified A/E consultants to provide professional services in engineering, planning, and technical personnel on a work order basis. Services include grants administration, infrastructure planning, multimodal planning, service planning, scheduling, passenger amenities, and development/implementation/evaluation of transportation projects.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
First Tier: Qualifications of Team Members, Past Experience of Similar Projects, Past Performance for the Firms, Firm's Project Staffing Availability and Ability to Meet Time and Budget, Amount of Work Awarded and Paid by The County. Second Tier: Qualifications of Professional Personnel and Team Members, Knowledge of Project Scope and Project Approach, Proposer's Project Management Methodology.
