SUMMARY

The Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) is seeking qualified contractors for an 18-month work order-based program for critical on-call services and emergency/priority maintenance mechanical work at MDAD facilities including Miami International Airport (MIA), Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (OPF), Miami Executive Airport (TMF), and Dade-Collier Training and Transition Airport (TNT). Two contractors for the mechanical trade will be selected with a maximum contract value of $200,000 each. Selection is based on competitive unit prices, contractor mark-up, qualifications, experience, past performance, availability, and capacity. Proposals are due by October 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A mandatory Microsoft Teams pre-bid meeting is required for participation.
