SUMMARY
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking applications to establish contracts for the Kidney Health Care (KHC) Program for pharmaceutical rebate services. KHC is a State Pharmaceutical Assistance Program for Texas residents diagnosed with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Applicants must be manufacturers with a federal rebate agreement with Texas Medicaid and have drugs that meet program criteria.
