Summary
Kearney Public Schools is requesting proposals for Meadowlark Elementary School to do a retrofit TPO roof over the existing roof membrane ballasted.
The retrofit will be a single ply TPO roofing system over a ½” roof board mechanically attached to existing structure. The removal of the existing shingles system and replace with new system. Approved roofing systems for this project is a Johns Manville TPO must be 60 mill or greater and have a minimum 20 year warranty. The new shingles system will be a class 3 impact resistant shingles with 30 yr warranty. All new ice shield and felt and new flashings.
