SUMMARY
The City School District of New Rochelle is seeking proposals from qualified agencies to administer its Universal Pre-Kindergarten (Pre-K) Program for the 2027-2028 school year, with options to renew for four additional one-year periods through June 30, 2032. The selected agency will provide the site and run the full-day program for four-year-olds (minimum 5 hours per day, 5 days per week, at least 180 days), meeting NYSED requirements, curriculum standards, child screening and assessment, health and nutrition standards, support services, and staff qualifications.
