SUMMARY
The City of Socorro is seeking proposals from competent administration or management firms to assist in the overall management of its recent Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) project through the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). The 2027 Community Development Fund project will consist of one or more regional first- or second-tier priority projects, including flood drainage, water and sewer improvements, street improvements, rehabilitation, single-unit residential utility connections, neighborhood facilities, parks, recreational facilities, and sidewalks.
