SUMMARY
The City of Port St. Lucie is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a contract with qualified and experienced catering service providers for the MIDFLORIDA Event Center (MFEC). The MFEC is a 100,000 square foot premier special event facility hosting over 400 event days and 150,000 guests annually, including conferences, weddings, trade shows, and concerts. Selected caterers will have access to a 1,200+ square-foot commercial-grade catering kitchen for finishing, plating, and service preparation.
