SUMMARY

The City of Pontiac is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced demolition contractors for the demolition and site clearance of the Ewalt Building located at 1460 N Perry St. The project requires the provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for complete site clearance in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. This project is funded through the Michigan Spark Grant, a public-private partnership involving the Council of Michigan Foundations (CMF) and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources.
