SUMMARY

The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department is soliciting proposals from qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firms to provide auditing services for the period 2025-2029. The selected firm will perform a verification audit of the California Energy Commission (CEC) Annual Power Source Disclosure Program Report, including the Power Content Label (PCL). All work must be performed in accordance with California Public Utilities Code, § 398.1 – 398.5 and Senate Bill 1305. Submissions are due by June 19, 2026, via email to [email protected].
