SUMMARY

The City of Orlando is soliciting proposals for a complete turn-key LED Video Display System upgrade at Camping World Stadium (CWS). The project scope includes the engineering, manufacture, delivery, installation, and testing of multiple displays: South End Zone Primary and Rear Displays, North End Zone Displays, Sideline Ribbon Displays, and North End Zone Ribbon Displays, with alternates for gate entry/exit and exterior corner displays. The Contractor is responsible for all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, licenses, insurance, and permits. The City has engaged Anthony James Partners (AJP) as a consultant for technical requirements and specifications. Proposals must provide pricing for a fully operational system. Submissions are due by July 13, 2026, at the City's Orange Avenue location in Orlando, FL.
