SUMMARY

The City of Lake St. Louis is soliciting bids for Phase 1 of the Lake Saint Louis Boulevard Widening and Resurfacing project. The scope of work involves widening and resurfacing approximately 2,065 feet of roadway from north of Freymuth Road to south of Hawk Ridge Circle South. Specific tasks include milling and resurfacing, pavement widening, installation of storm sewers and inlets, construction of medians, removal and replacement of concrete sidewalks and shared-use paths, installation of new curb ramps with truncated domes, and striping.
