SUMMARY

The City of Lake Saint Louis is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide consultant/broker services for employee benefit plans under RFP Number 06-26. The scope of services includes dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, long-term disability, short-term disability, and Cafeteria Plan administration.
