Summary
The City of Hagerstown is seeking sealed proposals for the Base Bid: erosion sediment control; 4" diameter perforated underdrain piping & fittings wrapped in hardware cloth with tracer wire, relocation of existing irrigation piping in coordination with golf course staff, sand, stone, topsoil, seed and mulch, sod, grading, removal and reinstallation of bell post if necessary, and all labor, material, time, and appurtenances required to complete the work.
