SUMMARY

The City of Ann Arbor is soliciting proposals under RFP# 26-11 for construction services to reconstruct pavements on North University Avenue (S. State St to Fletcher St) and South Thayer Street (N. University Ave to E. Washington St). The comprehensive scope includes water main and sanitary sewer construction, lighting improvements, ADA sidewalk and ramp upgrades, bump-out bus stops, storm sewer facilities, infiltration trenches, HMA paving, pavement markings, curb and gutter, and landscaping.
