SUMMARY
Full-time Medical Director services for Choate Mental Health & Developmental Center in Union, IL. The contractor shall provide coverage for the I/DD Forensics 40 bed unit as well as the DBHR 75 bed units, supervision to mid-level providers, oversight for patient care, and carry a small case load. The contractor must be a board-certified Psychiatrist to cover the DBHR units and assist in maintaining certification from the Joint Commission and IDPH. Work hours will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, billed via an all-inclusive hourly rate including malpractice insurance. Services run from contract execution through June 30, 2029, with a submission deadline of September 24, 2026.
