SUMMARY

The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is soliciting proposals for ADA Paratransit Services under project ID 2026-RFP-036. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of service operation, including reservation services, vehicle maintenance, hiring and training of operations and maintenance personnel, scheduling, dispatching, road supervision, fare collection, and statistical reporting. COTA will retain responsibility for contract oversight, eligibility screening, marketing, and providing operations software and radio/AVL equipment.
