SUMMARY
Bay County seeks bids from qualified vendors to build three (3) additional sand gravity type filters at the Water Treatment Plant. Work must comply with Barge Design Solutions Specifications and FDEP/EPA guidelines. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2026.
