From the meeting
The Planning Board said it is defining the scope of work for a Village Center Priorities Committee. That committee would recommend priorities for the three Village Center districts, and the board also plans to study zoning bylaw amendments for dimensional standards and site density expectations. No vendor has been chosen, but this is an open planning signal for facilitation, planning, and zoning support work.
