From the meeting
The county planned to revise FFY2022 CDBG contract C000084676 by moving $19,416 from Elderly Veteran's Housing to the Herndon Borough-Jackson Township Joint Municipal Authority wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) generator project. This is a grant-funded scope change, not a new procurement. The generator project is the actionable item because it now has redirected funding attached.

Questions about this project
What is a pre-RFP?
A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
