From the meeting
The Campustown-Kingland URA amendment expanded the boundary and the purpose to support removal of slum and blight in the broader Campustown area. New projects included street paving, streetscape enhancements, trash and recycling, sidewalks, parking, public space, stormwater work, economic development grants, developer rebates, planning and engineering studies, and reconstruction of Lincoln Way. The report said the maximum TIF collection was proposed at $32,770,000.
The commission recommended the plan as consistent with Plan 2040.
