From the meeting
The board scheduled review of specific 2027 budgets for Tourism, Library, Fire Department, Police Department, Zoning Department, and Rome Water Utility. This is early budget planning, not a procurement award, but it signals where spending priorities may shift for the next fiscal year. Sellers should watch the final budget decisions and any line items that turn into funded projects.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
