From the meeting
The 2027 Tourism Descriptions page listed Kitchen Remodel and Conference Room under capital outlay. The source did not provide a project-specific amount or contractor, but it did identify a concrete interior renovation need tied to the tourism budget discussion dated October 13, 2026. This remained in planning in the budget document, not an awarded construction package.
The buyer still had to decide scope, design, and procurement approach.
