From the meeting
MCHD issued an RFQ for construction manager services for its interior office project. The selected contractor would manage preconstruction, bidding, construction, long-lead ordering, and a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for interior office improvements designed by Partin Architecture Co. The RFQ says there is no renewal option and the board will make the award, so the work is still open.
