From the meeting
At the September 9, 2026 meeting, Katie Infantino told the board the village livestream had failed on three occasions and audio was hard to hear without microphones. She asked the village to address the problem and consider alternatives like Facebook Live or YouTube. The board did not select a vendor or platform, so the work remains an open public-access issue tied to future streaming decisions.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
