From the meeting
At the October 8, 2026 meeting, Engineer Weber said the AT&T upgrades at Grumman Road had been put on hold last month and were now expected to resume in early November. The item remained an active contract administration matter rather than a new procurement. The meeting notes did not name a new vendor because the work was already in progress.
