From the meeting
At the October 6, 2026 meeting, the technology contractor reported a data migration from Google Drive to OneDrive and said a final migration was planned for that weekend. After that, the Google accounts other than a few administrative accounts could be shut down. This is implementation work already underway, which creates follow-on needs around support, licensing, cleanup, and user training.

Questions about this project
What is a pre-RFP?
A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
When will Ada village issue an RFP for this project?
Pre-RFPs typically surface 6–18 months before a formal solicitation is published. Civic IQ tracks Ada village's meeting records, agendas, and budgets continuously and updates this pre-RFP as the project moves through the buying cycle toward an RFP.
How can vendors engage with Ada village before the RFP is published?
Vendors who reach out during the planning window can help shape requirements and build relationships with the decision-makers running the project. A free Civic IQ account unlocks this pre-RFP's source document, forecasted RFP timing, and verified Ada village decision-maker contacts.
