From the meeting
At its September 15, 2026 meeting, the Town Board accepted changes to the Town Employee Handbook effective immediately. The board said it had been reviewing the handbook and policies and identified missing policies, including a ban on employees performing jobs for personal gain on town time, a rule on nonuse of town property and equipment, and tracking and reporting of recycling materials. The policies were to be given to the Supervisor and HR Director for review and addition to the town's policies and procedures.
The motion carried 5-0.
