Napoleon & Leoni Townships Sign Lake Ordinance Agreement

Napoleon Township and Leoni Township entered into an intergovernmental agreement under which Napoleon Township will enforce local ordinances governing lake access and docking on Leoni-owned submerged bottomlands within Napoleon Township. Leoni Township retains ownership while delegating enforcement responsibilities.
