Putnam County School District Awards Professional Services Contract to Saint Leo University (August 2026)

North East Florida Educational Consortium and its member districts entered into a five-year Memorandum of Understanding with Saint Leo University to operate the Paraprofessionals to Professionals (PTP) program. Renewal
Initial MOU term is five years from the Effective Date, with either party able to terminate upon sixty (60) days written notice; any amendments must be in writing and agreed to by both parties. Participating paraprofessionals may complete their current term if the MOU is terminated early.
