Pittsburgh Schools Extend Community Schools Partnership

The School District of Pittsburgh agrees under the Homewood Promise Neighborhood MOU to continue its role with Homewood Children’s Village as lead partner for community schools at Lincoln, Faison, and Westinghouse and as a partner for out-of-school-time programming through the anticipated 2027–2032 grant period. The district will provide workspace, collaboration on needs assessments, and access to training and school resources to support the initiative.
