Political Subdivision has the option of extending the terms of the Agreement through its runoff election, if applicable; costs for any runoff will be based on participating entities’ actual costs plus administrative fees. A late penalty surcharge up to 10% of final election cost may apply for missed deadlines, and a $200 contract preparation fee applies if the election is cancelled after the 60th day before election day.
