Political Subdivision may extend the terms of the Agreement to cover any runoff election, with costs determined by participating entities and actual costs plus administrative fees. The Agreement may be cancelled if no election is needed by the 60th day before election day, with a $200 preparation fee and incurred costs due if cancelled after the deadline. Any amendment must be in writing signed by both parties.

Agreement
