Renewal

Optional service may be terminated by either FLEHT or SBHC with 15 days’ notice while fees are waived; once SBHC begins paying, termination without cause requires 90 days’ notice and termination for cause requires notice and a 30-day cure period. FLEHT has sole discretion to determine when the Contract Effectuator may begin billing, with at least 60 days’ advance notice to SBHC.
