Norwood City Council is considering an ordinance to authorize the Safety-Service Director to enter into a natural gas aggregation agreement with Duke Energy Ohio for a term of up to 24 months. The agreement will only proceed if the aggregation rate is below the city's current contracted rate at execution and is recommended by Energy Alliances, Inc.
