The Housing Authority of Savannah Board approved Resolution 04-25-01 authorizing a Development Agreement and Option to Ground Lease with Paces Preservation Partners, LLC for the Gateway Gardens senior affordable housing project. The action also supports Paces’ Low Income Housing Tax Credit application and advances a HUD Restore-Rebuild transaction on the former Edgar Blackshear Homes site.
