The Town of Tewksbury is considering an application from American Outside Advertising, LLC for a special permit to install and operate an Electronic Billboard. The proposal includes a 20-year grant agreement where American agrees to pay the Town of Tewksbury $25,000 annually, totaling $1,000,000 over the term for each allowed digital outdoor advertising sign face. An additional grant of $37,500 annually would be provided for a second 20 year term in case of lease extension.

National Grid proposes underground electric conduits for new construction at 40 Donovan Way. The conduits will start at Pad #1, which is located on the boundary between 25 Donovan Way and 35 Donovan Way. The conduits will extend approximately 300 feet to the west to Pad #2, which will be located on the property at 40 Donovan Way.
