Iowa State Association of Counties will be terminating the ISAC Group Unemployment Pool. The individual accounts will need to be set up and ready to go by January 1, 2026 and ISAC will guide you through this process. 4th quarter 2025 wage data and contributions will still be submitted to ISAC as usual. After January 2026, all wage data will be submitted to Iowa Workforce Development (1st quarter 2026, filed in April 2026).
